I am 75.65% sure that vbulletin has an iPhone App. Could be wrong.

I'm using a Samsung note and it automatically loads the webapp for mobile phones.

This website loads as a mobile site on Iphone and Ipad... You dont need an "app".
If you really need a dedicated button on your home screen for the VOA just save the website to your home screen. Voila! Instant VOA app.
