Thanks. Note too that your car could be lowered further onto the wheels than mine is without issue, but my township reps are apparently having snowball fights with wads of my tax dollars rather than disbursing them into the community because I've only ever seen worse roads in documentaries about Somalia.

Bump for $500 price drop. Can't stress enough, tires on these wheels are in awesome condition.

Will you ship overseas? (Persian Gulf)
    If so, I am interested..

I'd be willing to do that. I don't know what the shipping costs would be like, but I can try to find out. Have you bought a larger freight item from the USA before? Do you know what kind of shipping carriers were used? I'll get researching and see what I can do.

Tire Rack shipped out a set of wheels with mounted tires to Bahrain via Fedex International Economy. They charged me $300 but I'm pretty sure that's their corporate rate.
If you can find out, I would appreciate it.

What I will do is PM you my address, if you can PM me yours, I can find out the "pick up and ship" charges from my end as well.

You can easily check shipping online at UPS.com. Just select Air Freight Consolidated (this is the least expensive air freight service from UPS), put in the addresses, size and weight of your goods and there you go. Pretty reliable quote.

    Thank you.

Alrighty, getting the weights of the wheels on the scale and working up the figures. I don't think it'll be as cheap as $300, but I'll let you know today sometime.

I checked UPS, they're by far the cheapest, and they seem to be estimating around $466.00 with a declared insured value of $4,000 USD (you could save $35 by declaring it at zero... doesn't seem worth it). I'm going to need to build some sturdy shipping boxes for them as well, which I would hope will not cost more than $100 or so. I'm thinking some 1/2" or 3/4" plywood casks with wood shavings as padding on both faces. I'll PM you with more details if you're still interested. Basically, you'd be looking in the ballpark of $4550-4600 depending. I'm not sure what the pickup will be like either, this will get them to Manama, it didn't say what happened then or how far you might conceivably have to drive.
