97 GTS shuts off while driving!!! codes P0601/P0694/P1719

Second time this happened to me:

FIRST TIME: After about 40 minutes of aggressive driving , temp slightly above normal (220). Come to stop at stop light. Car just shuts off, when i started it up again it would shut off and on while driving. I let it cool down for 20 minutes and it drove home normally. After cooling down, the code disappeared.

P0601-PCM Internal Controller Failure (not sure how accurate that code is)

SECOND TIME: After about 30 minutes, temp gauge normal at 190. Car just shuts off completely for 10 seconds. Starts back up after cooling down a bit. Drives home normally.

P0694 (CANT FIND CODE ON THE FORUMS)
P1719 (2-3 Gear Lockout Solenoid Ckt)

Should I just replace my PCM? Any trouble shooting would be great

I had to replace the PCM in my 95. It would shut off during hard shifting when racing. The plastic in the PCM had actually corroded and was causing stuff to move during hard shifts and killing the car.

Just a couple screws and a plug.

P0694 Cooling Fan Relay Control Circuit High Voltage

Jaybin is your voltage fluctuating? Also, my 97 would shut off during the rainy season.

A lot of the guys on the viperalley forum said to start at the battery. I am going to replace it today.

    Here's what i've done:

1.)Pulled the PCM connections (all 3 of them). Keep em off for 30 min.
2.) Checked all the fan relays.
3.) Pulled that damn battery from the rear. Autozone tested: its at 84% and only 6-7 months old.
4.) Autozone tried to test the power at the terminals at the front of car under the hood. After 4 tries, every time they got message that battery failed!!

So i am guessing that this is abnormal? Should you be able to test the battery at the front of the car terminals? If this is abnormal, WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE?
