I've been working on this one the last 2 years. Suzuki M109. Project Chrome-Everything. Also have over 500 LED's on the bike...all hidden.

I'm pulling the trigger on a 2009 XR1200 today. Saw the bike yesterday and loved it.

Very nice! How does it ride? I haven't seen any on the road around here yet.

Taylor love those Ducs! image.jpg my current ride. A 2006 Ducati 800ss. Not the fastest bike I have ever owned but as far as fun factor it rocks. I've owned everything from cruisers and baggers to full out race bikes but the Ducatis grab me just like a Viper does. Just something about them. Purchasing an 1198 next week and seriously considering a Diavel and also a used monster. Those Diavels look even nastier in person.

My only 2 wheeled fling, which I sold to support the purchase of my Viper. I drove a '85 VT 500 a little in high school but this was 'my' first bike. It scared me a few times but I've never felt so cerebrally connected to a machine. I miss two wheels every now and then.

Also, you guys have some NICE bikes!

That Triumph, was that a 955?

    Some amazing looking bikes here.

    Anyone with a Norton Commando?

2007 Triumph Daytona 675... The successor to the 955 in most ways. Except it's a 3 cyl. The bike is skinny and has a little more torque than a typical rocket. 125 hp and 418 lb wet, all tons of fun.

If I am on two wheels, something has gone seriously wrong with the Viper or I have the truck somewhere gnarly in the backcountry on the way to my favorite fishing spots and the snow runoff has done a number on the roads but the fish wait for no man. : ) I dig bikes, think they are cool and really like the endless customization and personalization they inspire, I just haven't really gotten into riding them too much.

Hey VooDooRob, was that bike just a nod to the Hemi motor/challenger or was there something custom goin on with the motor...a la dodge tomahawk type of thing. (Speaking of that, anyone here have one of those?)

Hey IndyRon...how about a photo with those LEDS shining. Would be great to see em.

My builds above are just a nod to the classics with colors, wheels, original fuel caps, taillight... small parts to try and capture the key elements of a tribute without being too over the top. The blue bike is running N.O.S. and green beans engine is stock 08 ZX14.
