Did you check the classifieds on this site?

Thanks for all the help guys. I ended up picking up the F14's from Pedro ( Cubican ). While I understand both sides of the arguments here about the use of a vendors photos, to cubican's defense he did not mean to be a 'douche' or a 'dick' about it. He simply was trying to help out by giving me an idea about what the wheels looked like and nothing more. I found the same picture by googling "Forgestar F14 Viper"... I would get the harm done if Cubican was on here posting and saying "I am selling 'so and so' wheels for $X,xxx. Which is WAY cheaper than 'Company XYZ' who is selling the same wheel at $X,xxx. I suggest you buy mine!!" But like I said, his post was harmless.

Now to my car... Pedro was awesome to deal with and I got the wheels right away with no trouble! Everything is mounted up and good to go. Now I am just waiting on my Springs and rear caps to come in from Jon at ViperPartsRack to have the car sitting right!

Here is how the car sits currently (NOT lowered!)... I had a hard time finding some pics of F14 18/19 combos on Gen3's so hopefully my pics will help with someone trying to make a decision on wheels in the future!

All I can tell is they removed the pictures from his post. And Pedro has been called out here. But since he isn't a member he prolly doesn't care.

Pedro is good shit. I've dealt with him in the past and I'm sure he just used pics he found on Google.

I sell those wheels. I actually am the one that got Forgestar to even build 6-lug Viper fitments. His $1499 price is less than I am allowed to sell them for ($1550), as an authorized dealer. So, it is apparent that his free advertising here worked, since you bought them. I'm not mad at the guy, but it does make me question why I pay to advertise here - when I could just list my stuff for free like this guy.

Understood. I'm not sure if I would consider Pedro to be a "vendor" who needs to advertise an inventory. He simply came across the sets of wheels via a local shop closing down and then he responded to my post when I asked if anyone was selling aftermarket wheels. Also I wouldn't question why you pay to advertise through the site, like I said when I googled the wheels it brought me right to your page and with a little more research I'm sure I would have realized how much I liked the f14s and would have most likely been directed towards you. It's just unfortunate I posted this thread before hand and was contacted from a private seller who had a set of the wheels for sale.

He purchased 4 sets of brand new wheels, with intentions of reselling them. It wasn't like he was just selling some parts he had laying around. That is the difference.

Cubican... You sold your wheels... isn't that enough?

Since your wheels are sold this should be a non-issue going forward if you are not a vendor...
It's time to let things settle down... for both clubs.

"..all the politics". This wasn't about politics, it was about doing right by the supporters of this site. You continue to behave like a dick, please go back to the VCA and good riddance.
