Meeting/Time: 10am off the rest area heading east on the L.I.E bet. exits 51/52
Cost: $60 for members and immediate family members, $75 for non-members * Payment required in advance by 7/13. Payment the day of will be full-cost @ $75pp.

11:30 Appetizer Service
Light Passed Hors D’Oeuvres will be offered to our guests/members who will gather in both the Lounge area and overflow onto the deck.

* Braised Short Rib Crostinis
* Spicy Glazed Chicken Wings
* Hamburger Sliders
* Pesto Prosciutto Paninis
* Coconut Crusted Chicken
* Fresh Tomato Bruschetta

The lounge bar will be open and a cash bar is available for everyone.

12:30 Lunch Service - Sit Down Service
Tables will be set up on the back deck as well as in the lounge room. We can also sit at the large bar if we want. This back area allows everyone to oversee their cars as well as enjoy the beautiful view of both the ocean and Shinnecock Inlet.

* Caesar Salad to Start

For the lunch course we will enjoy a choice of the following entrees:

* Stuffed Chicken Breast: Tender sauteed chicken breast stuffed with spinach, roasted peppers, asiago cheese and topped with basil, garlic aioli.
* 1 1/4 lb Lobster
* Filet Mignon
* Seafood Pasta

Also served on the side:
* French Fried Potatoes and sauteed mixed vegetables
* Warm Rolls, butter chips
* Soft Drinks included

2:00 PM - Dessert Service
Chef John will prepare a signature dessert for us.
Coffee and Tea offered to us.

* During this time there will be a CASH BAR.
* Coffee, soda and tea are included.
