    wheel clearance issues for slicks

I purchased a set of slicks from a friend for my 01 gen 2 rt/10. They have been on other gen 2's but on mine they hit the brake calipers. I assume it is due to anti lock brakes on the 01's. Can I change the rear brakes to the older brakes without causing issues with my computer? I believe the knuckle didn't change so everything else should fit. Thoughts?

Rear Knuckles/Spindles and rear calipers ARE different between ABS and non-ABS Vipers. The bolt that holds the brake line to a rear ABS caliper will hit 15 or 16" Drag-wheels that would fit 92-00 Vipers.

    What make/brand/size of planned wheel/slicks?

The "free" wheels would cost a BUNCH to convert to Non-ABS spindles and inferior calipers !!! (ABS rear calipers are off a 1994 Ford Cobra!)

You should not have any ABS / computer issues so long as the tire diameter is within 94% of stock.
