Looks great! I am very thankful to have people like Steve, developing new products for our older Vipers!
What is the weight on the top compared to the OEM hardtop?

Here is another new top...we are still finishing the tooling and jigs so that we can put this into production. I will have this car with the top at the Homecoming in Detroit.
This top and the one above will work on both the Gen I and Gen II...we made adjustable front latches so that the pin depth can be changed and we made new windows to fit in the foot print of the stock Gen II windows. Turns out....that was all easier to do when I originally came up with the idea and we were just talking about it.

Can it seal against rain? ... in a gen 1?? Mine leaks where the front/top of the door meets the windshield frame. Then it drips down over the speakers.... Same as nearly all gen 1 vipers. Got a fix for that?
Been happy with the nature of the beast for many years but a cure for that would be nice.........
Cheers!
Great looking car! I'm not sure I like the spoiler but I think the top looks much better than the OEM top. I would be interested in seeing a picture of it looking directly from the back.
I have personally been dealing with this issue since 1994...and that is a tough one to fix with a top and windows. the windshield wipers direct the water directly to that area...then add wind/air pressure forcing water in an area that is not well sealed from the factory...(in their defense...this was an open air, in your face Roadster...not intended to be a refined Porsche) creating a tough intersection to seal... we are aware of that problem as well as many other issues associated with this handmade low volume sports car and I believe all Autoform tops (classic style and this contemporary style) to do the best job possible keeping the water out of the car in that area.
