I have a complete unit after retrofitting my GEN2 bag into the GEN5 wheel. Traveling right now, but will confirm it’s complete when I get back.

I am at work right now but I'll get a photo later. I made a Vinyl decal of a Gen3/4 Viper emblem and laminated it over the Gen5 emblem on the Gen5 Airbag. It's a crude draft but now I know it'll work. I think you can pull the emblem off the Gen3/4 airbag and swap it over though. I haven't looked at the size difference but photos look like it'll work. Also, I did start cutting the emblem off a spare Owner's Manual bag. I don't know what else to call it, but there's a steel emblem riveted to that bag the correct size. After getting into it though I realized it'd be a death projectile in event the airbag deployed.

I’ve never seen a GenV airbag cover with any other emblem that wasn’t custom. Like LATAMUD, I had thin GEN2 stickers made to lay over the GenV emblem.

Note that you cannot just swap emblems from other models as they are mounted differently into the airbag cover. The GenV emblem is actually secured with multiple tabs that lock into the airbag cover. Removing the emblem leaves ugly holes along the outer perimeter of the recessed logo location that are hard to cover.

Im in the process of doing this on my gen3, the last piece I need is the backside trim of the steering wheel. Anyone have a spare? $300 from a dealer or distributor seems a bit ridiculous for that

After reading, I was looking at putting a Hellcat wheel on the viper? Has anyone done that???
A used wheel on E-Bay is 450-550 and there are alot of them.
