Im still working on the airbag I will have one next week to play with, the feel of the wheel is exellent, and it changes the look of our interiors big time. Over the years I have done few different wheels on my car Alcantara flat bottom Carbon fiber lambo grips flat bottom not sure wich one Im going to keep but few of them will be forsale.pics

If you have a gen 2 the wheel will work but the gide key needs to be filed down, can be done with a dremmel tool, the carbon fiber wheel on the pic can work on a gen2,3,4.

Yes, if I get the air bag to work then I will work on the carbon fiber bezel and make it smooth no switches..

It will work on a gen 2 but the Gide key needs to be filed down.

Looks amazing. I think some blank CF panels like you mentioned for the elecs. would fit perfectly. If you don't mind me asking what did the Gen 5 wheel set you back?

It's amazing how a good steering wheel can entirely change the look and feel of an interior.

What does a gen III wheel look like? I dig the Gen IV wheel and would not change it.

same as the gen 4 but trust me there is a big diference from a gen 3/4 to a gen 5. pic of the carbon fiber wheel gen 3/4

Ok got an update, the wheel works great the gen V airbag works with the gen3/4 conectors the only thing that I had to do extra for the horn to work on the genV is gounded on the harness and on the gen 3/4 is grounded to one of the bolts to the air bag simple fix. I just cover the the button with some 3m dinoc for now till I get ready for the carbon fiber work. some pics of the 3 wheels on the car.

The first pic is the alcantara, then carbon fiber and the last 2 are the genV. I love the way the gen v wheel feels and looks so much better than stock. for the next step is making the gen V wheel out of carbon fiber.
