Between 140-145mph. I have done a few of these 1/2 mile events, and most stock Gen IIIs are in that range.

I run a timing system for a 1/2 mile company and you will be anywhere from 135-145 depending on tires, wind, elevation and so forth. 345's-bespinning had our N/A record for while.

As for braking, you should be able to stop a stock get III in a little less than a 1/4 mile at those speeds. Have fun and if u have any questions, feel free to ask.

LOL, 2001 Viper ACR stock with Borla exh went 136mph. 2009 ACR went 135mph, My Roe supercharged GTS went 151mph while my pump gas TT GTS went 176mph. All these numbers were at 6,500' alt. They would all be faster at sea level. What alt are you going to run?

If you want to research some brands and other cars here's an index page with many events. Clicking on a particular event just go to the bottom of the page that shows and the Half and Mile shootouts are listed. http://www.sscc.us/event_results.aspx

The 2001 ACR run 12.2 in the quarter mile. My GTSs ran 10.5@139mph and 9.2@155mph (missed shift). This row of numbers were at sea level. Not sure if they are any reference to you.

My Gen IV with headers, no cats, straight pipes did 161.5 at the half mile last year.

Here is the dyno sheet from right before that run. Comparo run on that is stock with Corsas. It is STD correction so knock another 15 or so off for SAE numbers.

    And the video for funsies.

Frgmstr. Wow. Mojave Mile a stock Gen 4 only makes 164mph in the standing MILE. My 720hp Roe GTS runs 181mph

    My 720whp gets me 1st - 3rd trophy in the halfmile at 151mph. 09 ACR gets 135mph

No rolling start, no tire warm up and just a closed hwy. It is at alt. but RSI 1000TT was 164mph on race gas tune ...
