best source for Factory Ext warranty on my 2009 ACR - bought it as a leftover in 2011

I got my car late in 2011 so it still has the factory warranty.... is there a source that has better pricing on a factory Dodge warranty for it? I was left a voice message by someone at Dodge but it was $2k+ for ________ (I forget the coverage, but it didn't seem like it was all that long for $2k).

anyone on the board sell Factory extended warranties? My car is all Dealership maintained, all stock and has 16k miles on it right now.

My 09 ACR was sold new in Dec 2012, so similar it's still under warranty and I purchased the MaxCare through the dealer I bought the car from. They matched the price on the MaxCare I had on my 2008 I traded in. Believe it was around $1700 or so for the 5 year with $100 deductible.

I just got quoted $2500ish for the max care version.... it would go 4 years beyond my stock 3 years and up to 50k total miles on my car... which currently has 16k miles...... seems reasonable I guess since it is all inclusive (including electrical, etc...).

I would contact some of the different dealers to see who can offer you the best price. At one time, Chuck Tator offered this. He offered a very good price.
