Let's hope Dodge/SRT makes the performance upgrades available to those of us who supported SRT by purchasing the Gen 5 '13's and '14's. AND at a REASONABLE price and not some ridiculous MOPAR price point. Doing this would also help move the '13's and '14's sitting in dealer showrooms.

Ford had no problem doing it with the Mustang / Ford GT scenario, all be it the Ford GT is out of production now.. Hope this doesn't happen to Viper, I honestly don't think so.. theres always enough room in the garage for both, HP's always a good thing SRT !

I question if it fits.
And for me, if it's not a V10, it's not a Viper.
Notice how the big 700 is making people freak out? This news is everywhere. Imagine if the Viper launched with 700 back in 12/13.

Either way kudos to SRT and Dodge, love the whole red key thing! Kawasaki has done something similar with their Jet Ski. Would love to see a "green" key too, a mode that focuses on mpg, even if it makes the car a slouch. With electronics these days would be cool to see.
