2001 ACR Twin Turbo for sale. CHEAP !!

Anyone know this car or set up at all. It looks home made or something. Its going for 43,000 CND dollars. That under 40K US !!

I believe it is an SVS Turbo set up. They are out of business now and I wonder about servicing and parts etc.

Only has an AEM in it without a standalone. Meaning, how do I get it to pass emissions?

Anyone running TT's know a solution to that?
