Welcome to the Club, great feeling isn't it I bet you can't wait to get her

If you have not owned a Viper before, here's a couple of tips.

These cars need a Battery tender to keep the Battery for dyeing , if you leave the car locked with the immobiliser on it will kill the battery life.

Tires, allow for new rubber, old pilot sport 1s have a tendency for the rubber to go hard, they might show lots of tread but if you push the car into a corner its not going to end well Respect is needed.

Stick shift. Not sure if you are used to this but make sure you rotate your palm towards the passenger seat when changing gear, its very easy to pull back on the shifter at the top of 3rd gear and hit second when you thought you were selecting 4th! This and tires are probably the main causes of viper wrecks.

    Enjoy your new ride.

Congratulations and welcome to the club. We have a member with a sapphire RT-10 here in the northwest and it is an awesome color, especially in the sunshine. Enjoy the heck out of it when you get it.

I have actually done the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 2nd shift before. While it didn't get lose on me, I did think something was going to give in the drivetrain. I think the PSCs had a lot to do with the outcome.

Beautiful car, I would like to have an RT in the garage someday, hopefully a nice 92 pops up.
