    Window question

    Would anybody know what material the Vipermania windows are made of?.... are they a polycarb or just a plastic? Need to polish out some scrathes and material does matter on how to do it,,,, thanks in advance.

    I am pretty sure they were NOT Polycarb, but a Lexan type plastic

    I was concerned that 95V wouldn't receive and answer. How the hell do you know all this stuff Jon!

    After further investigation, I can CONFIRM that the V-mania clear Gen 1 windows are not polycarbonate.
    Nor are they Lexan. They are simply made of PLEXIGLASS, which permits you to buff and polish scratches like you would your bodywork. Lexan scratches would be very difficult to remove, so this is GOOD news for a DIY detailer on wanting to restore these Windows.

    When I bought my vipermania windows new they came with 2 bottles of NOvus brand scratch remove and an anti static polish.
