Didn't think I would have as much fun as I did. I don't like tight tracks, but this one was fun. Definitely going again. Need some track time to get my lap times down too.

I was impressed by the way the Gen V's handled the rough sections. While I realize that my car wasn't set-up for this track, Nineball was pretty quick around the track, and his Gen V looked smooth through the really rough parts. No setup needed.

Thank you Andy and Cody for putting this together. This is what I envision when we talk about club stuff.

Thanks guys! Can't begin to tell you how much fun I had. I have a lot to learn, and by the end of the day my times started getting almost respectable lol. Can't wait to get back out. I'll start a new thread for media from the event.

We'll do it again, hopefully a couple times a year. Too many great Vipers in this town not to do this more often. We had gen1-5 and probably just about every model minus a comp coupe out there yesterday. Great day!

I have never seen anyone actually drive a Gen 1 with my own eyes. I would have liked to run a few laps behind that cars just to see it work.

. My times improved throughout the afternoon. Started at 1:49 and ended averaging 1:45 for the last session with a best lap of 1:43. Need to get the rear end stable and the pads biting quicker under hard breaking. Need to change the pads, check the rear tow in, and get the motons rebuilt. Hope to get to it all before COTA in June. Fun running with everyone. Nice to not have a 'national organization' give us a hard time about track day details. The weather was great too.

Yeah we can do more of these, just have to cap the number of cars to around 15 or so each time. I'll take a look at the MSR calendar and see what days look good going forward and see if we can get another on the books.

Need tires. I liked the Sport Cups much better than the Super Sports. Steering wasn't as reactive on the Super Sports. Want to try some Hoosiers.

Looking forward to many of these. Oh, and Gerdts tows a trailer just like I do, fast. Haha.

Man, what a great event Andy and Tony, thanks! Weather was perfect, didn't hear or see anyone go off track which meant we got the maximum time on track. Personally got to shake my car out before COTA in June and times just kept falling all day. Thanks to the folks in the advance group, everyone played well together with minimal slowdowns and that maximized the fun!!

Tony, Hoosiers are like crack cocaine, once you try them you won't go back.

Did anyone get pictures or videos from this event? I'm over here in south Louisiana but work in Houston every week. The girl that works in our office told me about that track because her brother runs the place. I went to check it out last week and it looks like a nice facility.
