There are many different variations of the 96 GTS Blue, so, you may be buying a few touch up paints before you get the right color. No 2 GTS's are the same really. When I look at both of my 96 GTS's side by side, one is brilliant blue and the other has a blue violet tinge to it. buying one touch up paint for both of those cars would not do it.
Unfortunately its a hit and miss situation.

I bought some from automotivetouchup.com a while back but haven't used it yet so can't say how good the quality is. They do have a ton of choices tho.

You're not going to find an exact match for that color for the reasons Slitherv10 mentioned. I got mine from the dealer, and it's ever so slightly lighter than my '97's blue.

I just had some paint work done at prefix on my GTS blue viper. He said the GTS blue either has more red in it or it has more green. My car had more red.
