Re-Designed Autoform Hardtop For Gen I and Gen II

I purchased the re-designed Autoform hardtop and windows for my Gen I. The guys at Autoform did an amazing job with this top. It fits like a glove and the windows are tight and waterproof. As you can see from these pictures it has the same lines as the gorgeous Gen V. What's nice about this top is that it fits both Gen I or Gen II. I really love the new look. Thanks Steve, Jason, and everybody who worked on this project.

Here's how I'm storing the top for winter. It's a beautiful work of art.

That is a nice design. I didn't think the Gen V contour would look good on a Gen I or II, but that really gives the car some excellent pop. Do you know how much it weighs?

Autoform does some exceptional work. Purchased my oufit from Steve and all I can say is WOW !! the service and workmanship. Outstanding !! I would not hesitate to work with this guy. He's been developing Viper products since day one. He know his stuff. I have been at the factory and had a personal tour by Steve and his facility and all I can say is that I would not hesitate to leave my Viper with him. I had it there for months and got it back in perfect shape and cleaner than how I left it. His facility is very clean and organized. Unlike other companies out there selling Viper products and getting bad wraps, Steve has never caused any mishaps.

    Well done Steve and Autoform

By the way Steve, I will need the 4 blade diffuser for my 96 GTS. I will be calling you.

Thanks guys...we are really proud of this new product as well as the new deck spoiler and front splitter...that is almost ready. All three work well together and give the car a more contemporary look. FYI the same hardtop works on the Gen I and Gen II...we made the front latches adjustable so that they will work with the different pin depths needed for the different years. Here are a couple of shots of a Gen II with the top and spoiler.

Every one of my cars had auto form stuff on it and I've always been very happy. They do make quality stuff and they've had some slick ways of mounting parts. The small wing and side sill aero stuff looks excellent on gen3-4. Can't wait to see some of the gen5 stuff. Steve...? :.)

Nice, I love my Autoform'ed gen 1! Had a chance to see that top in person when I had mines installed. Looks amazing and flows like fluid. Can't wait to see the gen 5 stuff as well

As per the chatt we had a few weeks back, a Gen 5 GT3-R body kit would be killer. They would have to be fitted for either the Gen 2 cars or the Gen 3/4 cars. Which Gen to fit them on is the first step. Well money is the first step..ha but besides that aspect. Making front quarter panels, hood, front bumper facia and hood to resemble the wide bodied GT car along with side brake ducts ( I assume that is what they are) and the identical rear wing would be stellar !! With your added flair Steve it would make it that much better. Ive seen your ideas in the past and if only they can go from mind to matter. Unfortunately life has its reasons. Not everything is that easily said and done.

    Crackleking, I would call or email Steve sales@autoformgroup.com (616) 392 - 4909

I don't think they've updated the web site yet to include the new style top.

Looks great! Does the new top have the same amount of headroom as the OEM hardtop? Thanks.

Wow, Steve first off great top! That looks amazing. Love the TA spoiler as well. Making it a wee hard for me as to which Viper to choose.
