Mark, Can you recommend anyone in the Atlanta area. Thanks, Allan

The only one I could find who made me feel comfortable is Ringgold Dodge in Northwest Georgia. Going to give them a shot. Palmer Dodge can go to hell, they won't touch my car.
I've heard bad things about Palmer over the years, but today I experienced it myself. The WORST Dealer Service Reps I have ever encountered. Totally obnoxious and unqualified to even listen to questions about their Viper Tech qualification status, let alone switching the PCM.
If you love your Viper DON'T go there.
My local dealer I took my 2013 too had a fantastic service manager. He left before my last service and it was a shit show to say the least. No idea who drove my car, who touched it, etc.
Thankfully, I was able to find him at another dealership along with the Viper Tech who worked on my car previously. 20 minutes further away, but worth it for peace of mind.
get ahold of ringold, those guys have some pretty decent caring techs
I'm still checking this thread trying to convince myself to pick up one of these PCM's. Still nobody with any real first hand experience?
I'm surprised as well. Only Bobby P on the other site has installed this? That's hard to believe.
I'm waiting for my dealer to get a shipment of ARH headers to do both at once, I hope to have mine installed soon but it would be nice to hear from others in the non frozen regions who have already installed theirs.
Got mine but waiting. We're getting sleet mix tomorrow. LOL.
still waiting on mine
Have an appointment to have mine installed this coming Saturday and will be looking to redyno the same day. Not having a competant Dodge dealership near me has delayed my install by 2 weeks. Something to consider if you are buying this ECU.
Got my mine today. And its a balmy -2 right now. Happy / sad same time. Thanks guys
AGREED.... MATT'S ROBINSON DEALERSHIP IS WHERE WE NEED TO MEET UP AND DO THE UPGRADE. JUST LET ME KNOW I CAN HAUL IT OR IF THE ROADS ARE CLEAN ENOUGH A DRIVE DOWN BEFORE THE TUNE AND ONE HELL OF A DRIVE BACK AFTER THE TUNE.![]()
Just an FYI, since we ran Arrow out of PCM's, they are getting more hardware finally released from Dodge. We should have 20 more PCM's next week, at least 8 of those are unspoken for at this time if anyone was still on the fence. Thank you.
Got mine today!! Thanks Mark
Just off the dyno with the highest powered TA we did with the HP Tuners software and then switching out to the Arrow PCM. Back to back results, 3 pulls each in a row (all temps the same) numbers varied +- 1 hp. Arrow PCM was slightly behind for the first half of the pull (this HPT was still on the modified throttle tables that were causing limp modes though) so the gains were because the Arrow ramp rate was slower, (although for some reason on the street the Arrow PCM felt much more crisp...).
The second half of the pull the Arrow PCM took back the lead and finished a couple rwhp up. Not bad for a plug and play $1100 option to the HPT. A/F ratio was very good over the entire pull, off throttle pop is back for those of you who love that, and the drivability was perfect.
Can't see it well, but the HPT was 566 and the Arrow was 570 so very close, most of the other HPT cars we did were 8-14rwhp lower that this particular Viper.

Awesome results Mark....makes me glad I got the arrow pcm!
Great results Mark...that should make owners of both pleased and relieved as they are very close in power. What other power mods are on this particular car?
Well crap, now I guess I need to buy one, I'll be in touch to get on the list for those 8 available ones. 600whp naturally aspirated and reliable from my Belangers and this, pfft, I'm done. Of course now I have to figure out what dealer to go to, last time I went to a dealer they couldn't even figure how to reset the TPMS sensors, ugh.
Have you guys come up with the pricing on the PCM for the 15s ?
Is anybody in the works of using the Arrow pcm and spraying the car ?
Great news! I'm glad they are basically the same. My problem in Socal is we are lacking in reliable srt dealers for service or upgrades such as the pcm. I'm glad we have the option to seek independent tuners for there experience/knowledge.
