around 620 rwhp if you use 15% driveline loss

Depending on the dyno, day and operator who knows...

It will be interesting to see a side by side comparison pcm & hptune with the same car!

The only way you would see that is if the HPTuners car was on an after market heads and cam package as I'm told you will have to run the Mopar ECU with their Heads and cam package.

That will unfortunately push me away from that setup as I want to be able to make adjustments for adding nitrous or other things down the road.

I can only imaginge the sound of a couple heads and cam Gen V's ripping up COTA in the future

Something is wrong if it's only 620rwhp with heads, cam, exhaust and tune. Weren't most Gen 4 cars putting down 600rwhp with just exhaust, intake and tune?

Gen V's on average make about 10rwhp less than Gen IV's, but I think Mark is also taking into account dyno variances. I have see 50rwhp swings from one "calibrated" dyno to the next, so it's really all relative to what a stock car would put down on that particular dyno.

    Mark,
If installed on a stock car now, would it have to be retuned for headers later?

It depends on what gear you're driving in. Gen IV's had about 13% driveline loss in 3rd gear iirc.

Has to be married to your car at the dealer and have a throttle learn done. It is mounted on the back side of the drivers front wheel housing when you lift the hood, has a black cover over the silver PCM.

No the PCM has wide parameters so it will adapt to just about anything but a cam swap or boost, it should even work with some NOS if that is what you want to do although that has not been tested.

Here is another opinion, losses are typically measured in direct coupling which is 4th gear in the viper.

in general, irs cars are closer to 15%.

Driveline loss can be affected by the number of rollers, tire pressure and how the car is tied down so all variables that make anything but a before and after comparison on the same dyno pointless.

You should not be giving out trade secrets.

Tie down is a biggie. Another trick to get big numbers is to use a STD correction factor along with low smoothing

So would we give you our Vin#, and then we simply make the swap, or would we need to have it installed at our local dealer?

Yes you will have to go to a dealer they do not have to be an SRT dealer though just have a competent Tech, the PCM will come with detailed instructions so if they can read you should be golden ;-)
