Get your motor running maintenance day 3 25

Spring is finally here, so let's get the ball rolling!* * On Saturday,
March 25th, we will host our annual "Get Your Motor Running" maintenance event to help get your Viper ready to slither through the season!

We will have lifts and quick jacks available and to perform oil, differential, clutch, transmission, and brake fluid changes (time permitting). If you're not a maintenance guru and never have performed your own service, that's okay!** We have plenty experience on hand to help, and you can learn alot about your Viper.* If you don't have maintenance needs, that's also okay.....just come and hang out!

This year will be a little different that past years.* We will not have a dealer sponsor at the event.*SO YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO BRING AND DISPOSE of all your fluids and filters. Will also be doing it at new location. Brian unfortunately had a few things come up and wasn't going to be available until May. However we wanted to get the services done before the events so Larry has volunteered his garage and lifts to do the work. He is in Holly Springs just outside of Raleigh. Address will be sent to those attending.

Please be sure to RSVP ASAP we may also need to limit the number of cars we can service due to new location and depending on work load.* Regardless, all RSVP's must be received no later than March 18th.

If you require an oil change, you will need to bring is your choice of motor oil.* I believe most are running the Mobil 1 0W-40 formula these days.* Below are the estimated oil fill capacities for the various generations (rounded up to the nearest quart):

    1992-2002 - 9 quart
    2003-2017* - 11 quart

Of course it never hurts to buy an extra quart!*

The event will be hosted at Larry's home in Holly springs from 8:00am - 4:00pm.* FREE lunch will be provided to Carolina Viper Club members.

    RSVP DETAILS

If you plan to attend this event, please RSVP ASAP to admin@carolinasviperclub.org with:

    1) The YEAR of your Viper.

    2) Indicate which fluids you would like to have replaced (O - Oil, D -
    Differential, C - Clutch, T - Transmission, B - Brake (time
permitting)).* Or, simply reply back with "ALL" if you wish to have all fluids replaced.

Again, motor oil, fluids, filters or additives will not be provided, so
    please bring your own.

For those coming from afar, we have some nice hotels in the area that we
can provide you.* Look forward to seeing everyone!
