Just wanted to Thank Dan Lessor from Viper SPECIALTY for responding to this request and supplying double locking OEM Style connectors . Parts for our cars are dwindling and People like Dan help to keep us on the road . ECU and other electronic components are getting hard to find but don't throw out or mess with your core , Dan has the ability to rebuild many of them if they are not opened or messed with . Same goes for other cores ie Gen 1/2 water pumps . They can be rebuilt by Havik Performance , once the cores are gone then it's anyone's guess and 5 times the money at best .
Sadly I heard about a well known Viper supplier who had over 100 Gen 1/ 2 Timing covers who needed space and scrapped them for scrap aluminum value . For pennies on the DOLLAR , They to are easily refurbished . Had I known I would have bought a few for future enthusiast needs or myself .

3D printing for investment casting molds. 3D printing for connector housings. Printing plastic parts is not as good as injection molded, but for extreme low volume runs, it is definitely one of the best options going. Wiring terminals for OE fitment are a challenge, IMO.
3D Printing is not what its cracked up to be and inconsistent . Reverse injection molding is one option but with inconsistent/ low demand I can see why many don't pursue it .
Hopefully that changes in time . When people get a quote on something built from scratch , I suspect the take rate won't be there ......
Thanks as always Jay!
