I m furious about stock navigation

No Mp3 support. I'm burning regular CDs for a first time in many years. Screw it ((((

I actualy ok with sound of Alpine system given how loud engine is so I would preffer not to do whole system upgrade. A freaking 3.5 mm aux would be enough

Most all of these do the job. Like you said, unless you do massive audio upgrades, audiofile sound is not achievable.

I don't think I have AUX in. If I could find it I would be reasonably happy. I don't ming using wire .

I also found something intresting which might work well without hacking dash.
It has OBDI integration and siposably sounds good but pretty expencive

You don't need an Aux for the item City recommended and was the same style I used. The device connects to your phone through Bluetooth and transmits through a radio station.

I see. Feel pretty stupid now. Should have taken a closer look on a device

It worked reasonably well . Had to run all kinds of DSP on my phone(Atmos sound measurement and adjustment) to get it sound decent - but I would love top report reasonable success and many thanks to people who suggested it.

I bought my 2005 last summer with the original radio with Nav. The pervious owner ran an aux cord to the radio that hangs down and I plug in my iphone to it whenever I want to stream music. So, I suspect somewhere on the back of the radio is a jack.
