I measured the aftermarket ones i have and wrote down the ID but i am a 1.5k miles from the hose and the paper i wrote it down on.

do you need a measurement of the hose size for upper radiator hose?
44.45 mm
Just the internal diameter of the hose. I have a flush machine that i need to buy a 90 degree or 45 degree hose coupler that slips on the radiator spout.
That does convert to 1.75" exactly, which when measurements are listed in metric for stuff they tend to be whole numbers not decimals if the main measurements are metric to begin with from initial engineering.
I expect Dave knew it was 1.75" but stated the metric equivalent to play with you a little. Dave is a good knowledge source with a engineer's sense of humor. BTW darn near everything on a Gen 1/2 is Imperial units.
Imperial units? Is that like a pint? Half pint?
Be sure and pull the block drains.
