Better off spending time organizing group purchases for the unavailable consumable parts. For example front windows. Contact Pro curve glass design ( US company) they have made front laminated glass windshields for many cars that parts are no longer available. There are also overseas options but always better and safer to stay on home soil if you can.

There are also options for just about any replacement part you would ever need.

Maybe I'm an outlier on this topic, but my main frustration is that I can't get dealer service. Maybe that's the point of the thread, maybe not - some people may be focused on doing everything themselves, or going to a shop with their own parts. But, as someone who still has a few years left on my Max Care warranty, but can't bring the car in for service (unless I'm willing to let them park it outside in the sun and bird crap for a month), I'm annoyed that parts that should be a one-day service visit just aren't available. Sometimes, part of the job can be done, and then the tech runs into a part that is unavailable, and then the car sits there half-done while waiting. This specific situation happened to me, and it was frustrating. Nothing the dealer can do about it - and nothing a "group buy" would solve. Not really something that the aftermarket can solve, either - the dealer isn't going to do a warranty job with aftermarket parts. Stellantis just needs to put the investment into maintaining our investments in them.

The dealer mechanics would love to go source parts needed from outside suppliers they just arent allowed many times. Find yourself a good independent shop. Not sure what part of Norcal your in but here are a few good indy shops in the bay area that will go the extra mile and have experience with vipers.

If you need a window switch a good indy shop mechanic will figure out a fix or repair. Good indy shops can source used or NOS parts using options like ebay, super car dismantlers, electronics rebuilders, 3D printers, or even a crossover part that will work with some knowledge and creativity. These kind of repairs are done everyday at good shops all over the US and Europe.

I will delete this after a bit but some advice: If using this direct please spell Stellantis and it's brands correctly. From the top and several times inside Alfa is misspelled as Alpha. How can someone own a brand and not know how to spell the brand?
