G4 Troubleshooting AC blower not working looking for blower motor resistor location

I've checked fuses and relays, I'm guessing the blower motor resistor, blower motor, or the fan switch on the 3 switch control panel is bad.
Anyone know where the blower motor resistor is located? see diagram.
    Thanks.

even with a blown resistor, the fan usually works on high speed only

I changed mine a few years ago, mine had blown due to water getting into the blower motor and siezing it up due to rust

Thank you, I'm afraid the blower motor has gone bad. I can operate the 3 switch panel, and can hear doors/vents opening behind dash. The AC light comes on also. I had a bad seal on this car. Replaced the seal last year, but maybe it just took awhile to go bad.
