    Workshop Manual

    Hi

Any tips on where to find a good workshop manual for Gen 5, preferably a manual that includes the ACR?

The one I bought on CD/DVD does not work on newer Windows/Edge versions.

Just buy an old PC with Vista, Windows 7 and use Internet Explorer as the DEFAULT browser. It will take several steps to open, but it works.

Actually, I found an old PC that I can run it on. Problem solved, for now...

Glad you solved that problem. While I am not fond of the CD's, they are far better than nothing !!

Internet Explorer is actually still on your PC at least with Windows 10 (haven't tried Windows 11 yet). Just go to the search bar in the lower left and type in "Internet Explorer". It will show up as a result. Click on it and it will operate. Microsoft simply removed the icon on your desktop to try and get you to switch to Edge, they did not delete the program. You can open the CD manual in File Explorer and click on Launch. It will try to open in your default browser whatever it is (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, whatever), simply copy the link from your default browser and paste it to Internet Explorer.

If for whatever reason your PC does not have it, which it should, you can download it from the internet. Takes a bit to find it but it is still available.

Actually another question. Does anyone know how to print a section from the CD? I seem to be able to only print the first page. This is really annoying. I have used the Snipping Tool to copy each page and then print it but this is a real pain.

    I bought it here- https://www.eautorepair.net/
It works pretty good, you can search keywords, but it doesn't let you copy text which sucks.
