On and off problem with ventilator

Since last fall I have some intermittent problem with the ventilator: it stops working, for no apparent reason, then restart working few days later. Changed the ventilator motor and relay last year, but the problem is back again... Doesnt seem heat related but not 100% sure... A/C and heat are working perfectly, but the ventilator is completely down so it makes the car impossible to drive most of the time

Any idea what it might be?

ventilator = blower / fan motor?

Does it not work on any speed? If it works on high speed only, it may be another blown relay, so I would check that first

no its doesnt work at all when it doesnt work. And when it works, it works flawlessly any speed and without any strange noises of any kind.
