    The Gen II GTS-R Picture thread

    Gotta say that those cars still hold their own among the best. It reeks of speed.

    I remember watching those cars running in their day and they were amazing. They would load them down with more weight after they won and they would still keep winning. Thanks for showing the photos.

    What were some of the engine specs on those cars...hp tq..and I see a system on top of the intake in the picture above with the blue X brace across it. Carbon fibre. What is that? Any information from anyone on these motors and headers exhaust set up etc....

    I'm not sure on the full workings of these beasts, but hopefully someone will chime in I will just keep surfing the net for more pictures

    It would be great if we could get all these pictures in one place

    850 HP , dry sump. The CF intake was only for the ORECA cars iirc. Later on the sanctioning body changed the rules and they had to lock out 2 cylinders. Aside from the very 1st Viper, they are the only Vipers to have 8 cyl.

    Is that last picture above ^^ the white non painted one, a real GTS R or someone's car getting painted and cloned?

    Is a real GTS-R, One of Florent Moulin's Viper collection

    The picture was of the 52 Oreca car being restored.

    Oreca team owner Hughes De Chaunac was reunited with the car and specialy signed it.
