I almost bought this car from Tom Weickardt who campaigned it against the factory Corvettes in ALMS. But it was pretty beat up at the time. Toms business was Electrical Systems Protection hence the ESP and he spent a ton of money each year running this car. He got his start in Viper Days too.
2 GTS-R's were at Daytona this weekend for the HSR race. Good to see them still kicking some ass

One of my best experiences with the Viper Club. The Mazda box overlooking turn one at Laguna Seca during the ALMS races. This is the rolling start, the viper started third, by the end of turn 2 Olivier Beretta had passed the two corvettes, he went on to win.
Dinner with Team Oreca the night before
