I never looked twice at a C5 or C6 even though I owned a C5 Z06 for a year before my first Viper. The C7 was better but the C8 was just a knockout IMO and it never fails to get me staring. To be honest it makes my GTSR and any other Viper look kind of dated style wise no matter how valuable they have become.

Really? I think the C8 already looks dated. It just doesn't go right. It looks like completely independent people designed really good looking front, sides and rear, then blindly put them together with wheels that have no offset. And then someone else just blindly designed a wing and added that. It's an awkward combination of really cool individual parts. I think the Viper will age MUCH better than the C8.




Anyway, corvette forum is reporting that dealers are selling and auctioning off allocations for 50-75k over msrp. People are morons. That's $225-250k for a well equipped Z07. Go buy a freaking Ferrari.
