TIE RODS and BALL JOINTS who has them for GEN 1

Well, I have this disappointing feeling I am about to deal with my first giant GEN 1 pain in the a.....

I need out tierod ends. Moogs did not work. I also need upper ball joints.

Can anyone tell me where I can find these parts? I mean, anything firm and not rumor?

And now I notice my power steering groaning when slow and turning(was just serviced and no drips underneath). I have this feeling I'm going to need a rack rebuild and tie rods and ball joints.
Therefore, any quality info is greatly appreciated.

The Gen 1 Vipers shared quite a few chassis and driveline parts with the Dakota 4WD trucks. Upper ball joints are shared with a Dakota. The upper front wishbones are literally galvanized Dakota parts. Outer tie rod ends may be Dakota parts as well - check the ball CL to socket face length. Steering rack is TRW - Dakota-based, may have different ratio.
