wheel offsets for gen IV

I know "perfect" fitment is very subjective but I'm looking at purchasing wheels for my '08 coupe and would like to ensure I order correctly without having to add spacers afterwards. I'm looking to run staggered 20x13 in rear and 19x10.5 (maybe 19x11?) in the front. Rough measuring makes me think an additional 3mm pushed out toward fender in the front and maybe 5mm pushed out in the rear? Looking to have it as close to flush with the fenders without making contact as possible. Any recommendations?

just for reference this is my personal definition of what dictates perfect fitment. nice and flush to the fender...

Is this close? this is 18/19. 11x18 13x19.
I can measure the offsets.
