2000 GTS Exhaust leak or not

Hi, looks like a little exhaust gas is getting around the clamp near the back of the exhaust system. Someone was telling me that the exhaust suppose to "leak" until it is up to temperature then the leaks will seal up. Not sure if what I am dealing with is a result of that.

Please let me know if what you are seeing in picture below (boxed in red) is a concern. If it is what would be a solution.

    Thanks!

I would say that is a slight exhaust leak and not a concern at all. It's post O2 sensors.

Every clamped joint on my Gen 2 leaks a little. Which is why welded or flanged is better.

My Gen 2 back when it had rear exhaust. That's condensate.

Mine also leak a little as well, I can tell from the condensate. Doesn't bother me

I assume you like it better with side-exit? I've been contemplating it. Did you swap to a Gen 1 style side skirt or modify a Gen 2?
