Where is the LT6 engine and heads Cast / foundry at ?
And were is the Block and Heads machined and assembled at ?

Not sure where the individual parts are cast and machined, but I'm pretty sure they all come together at GM's performance build center in Bowling Green, KY.

Most manufacturers farm out the casting and machining process. Just curious who does it ???

With Viper , Zeus in England did the castings and they also do F1 engines from what I understand.

From what I understand the block and heads may be supplied/produced by Nemak, who does them for Ferrari among others. It was to be Cosworth but they abandoned that. Linimar has also been mentioned as a possible supplier. The pistons are produced by Carrillo. It's all high end stuff. The assembly does take place at the Performance Build Center in BG.

Funny you mentioned Linimar , they did the machine work on Viper Engines.

Not buying a first year but maybe after a few years. The Z version is 10X better looking than the base. Still overdone but livable.
