    Year?

Just looking at it and comparing to my 2001, nothing over there really that would leak oil ON TOP of your valve cover. The map sensor is right above that location, however it doesn't touch oil and has nothing to do with it.

Any oil residue on the hood lining near that area?

I say wipe it clean and watch it and see what happens if you havn't done so already.

Pull the map sensor, check for oil on the inside of the intake manifold.

You sure it's oil and not mouse/rat pee?

Bump. It's been a year since I posted this, and I still have oil spotting the valve cover under the MAP sensor after a short drive. It never gets worse that what you see in the photo. I wipe it off and next drive it's back. Any ideas?

    Pin hole in valve cover?

Just go buy dye for oil and then probe it after a bunch of drives and then while you see it appear again.

Have you looked inside the brake booster line nipple, or the TB's? If there is oil accumulating there you have blowby/PCV pressure issues. Open up your air cleaner box and see if the white filter pad ahead of the PS pump is soaked in oil. In more extreme cases, your intake can be accumulating a lot of oil - like this:
