Differences of ACR front Fascia to non ACR

I see two parts listed for a front fascia. One for ACR and one of non ACR. What are the differences?

I think the only difference are the fog lights and or fog light covers? I am sure someone can provide a better answer.

There is no difference. I've purchased and have both of them brand new.

The G2 ACR front bumper cover itself is SAME ACR or Non, but ACR had no fog lights, just wiring and blockers

Does the 1999 ACR strips on the front fascia go all the way down under the front spoiler down to the lip so it's totally visible all the way down?

Factory stripes turn underneath to the air dam lip.

No. The stripes do NOT go under the air dam lip.
If they do the fascia was repainted incorrectly. I believe this goes for any Gen 2 (ARC or non-ARC) with stripes.

I said *TO* the air dam lip, (not down it) and I stand firm on my 96 non-ACR configuration.

You are correct. They go "TO" the air dam lip... not down it. My bad for mis-reading it.
