I'll guess 118k on this one
Near the end of the car photos and prior to the documentation, there's a picture of it at a car show. Look at the white car to the left of it.
$140K
1 of 813 four year production (official - 815 actual with some oddities)
1 of 221 2001
1 of 109 Yellow or Stripe 2001/2002
1 of 52 solid Yellow 2001/2002
1 of 38 solid Yellow 2001
Of all the ACRs I have tracked down, less than 10% are sub 10,000 miles and I bet the number is a 2/3's of because it is hard to track crushed and parted out.
The ACR that started the ACR mystique is the next Gen II to explode.
GT2s mostly trade privately.
1996s coming out of the woodwork.
Think about a 40 mile 1999 ACR on BaT - It would be $200K...

That was a good laugh. Their side view will always make me think Fiero imitating a Lotus. Funny enough, it's actually inspired by an Alpha.

Same car, with bonus Gen V in the background.
Vector. The car that seamlessly fused cars, fighter jets, and probably cocaine.. Hope to see one in person someday. And not one of the cheesy Lambo/Vector abortions.

78k with 18 min to go.
103k final
At $108,000 with buyers fee included, it is a good price for a Viper that really isn't known in the collector world.
The purchaser does not have a profile that will make collectors take notice. The focus has been on the proverbial first and last (92 -17) and the 1996.
All things equal a 1 of 38 that is purpose built should have a premium over a 1 of 1166. Time will tell if that is true and, if so, how much. We all know desirability and rarity don't always go hand-in-hand.
Have to believe the seller doubled his money over the last 4 years and the buyer may be in the same position over the next 6-7 years.
Expect to see better quality ACR's appear, but that may only be 5% of the 800ish build or (40) since so many have been driving by my tracking.
See you on the road!

These cars should be worth $250K by now. I guess I'm glad they aren't or all the real Viper guys will sell theirs. lol
It was a nice car but... if you look close at the shocks they are in need of a rebuild. I had mine done a few years back and it was about 2k just for the rebuild of the shocks. It also looked like the cars still had first gen Michelin Pilot Sports. Over all I would say that was a very good buy.
