    “Solid Edition”. Lol

I hope it brings good money but those special editions that the one dealership made always make me lol.

The seller is not really clear in his description about the "special edition" and could be misleading to someone who is not familiar with the real factory special edition cars. Either way it is a beautiful car and will bring serious cash.

2017 ACR-E cars are the ones huh. I actually like adrenaline red paint better

Not a huge fan of the color, but someone definitely likes it as it is already at $200K. Not too shabby!

I like that red, but I guess I'm biased.... I'll go $275K on this one.

I shiver whenever I see a car back out and nothing to stop if from rolling off. I have wondered "If he had a sneezing fit and his foot slipped off the clutch while backing up would it balance on the rear bumper when it crashes to the ground?"

There is no decision to make You keep it and see far more in the years to come.

I have to pinch myself to believe that a mainstream OEM like FCA actually offered the opportunity to create one off cars with 6,000+ colors to choose from. And the cost to do it was like $6,800, on a car with such a diminutive production run, and relatively few people took advantage of it.

I think you gotta' have diamond hands here and just Hodl for the long haul. Even if you have to shelve it at this point, you're sitting on an incredibly collectible automobile.

This ACR was recently acquired from a private owner in PA by a dealer that goes by CorvettesWanted on Instagram. He is out of Bedford, PA. The car was bought and immediately sold to the person in Arizona. I could be wrong, but the sellers username on Bring A Trailer sounds like a dealer, but it is listed as a private owner. I bet a lot of money have been made already with it switching hands. I inquired about the car as soon as he posted photos of him picking it up from the original owner in PA and I was told it was already sold. I'm going to guess it goes for $250k.

That color red is almost identical to my GTC. At least now I know what it would look like as an ACR-E.

Pretty cool color and 1 of 1 car, should fetch over 230K but not a huge fan of solid cars, Vipers need stripes

    Eh, I don't know.

I love the look of the TAs. I do prefer the drivers stripe on the ACRs, but I'm not a huge fan of the double stripes on any of them.

When did the rear brake cooling ducts go away on the ACR-Es? Was it an order delete or did FCA just stop installing them? Or just never installed on the GTC cars?

Vipers and Shelbys Cobras (like the originals) are about the only cars that look better with a stripe IMO.

My old brain prefers symmetry, so I specifically ordered mine without stripes.

In 2017 I was on the fence about having a Viper built to my own specs but in Ithaca, NY they had a silver 2016 GTS. Sticker was $119k and I could have had it for $89k. My parents even went up to look at it for me. Silver with black interior and beautiful. I just wasn't ready with everything going on in my life so I didn't pull the trigger nor did I have one built. I spent so much time on the website building various vipers and the vast majority had no stripes. Not a huge stripe kinda guy but on some variations it just fits.

With these ACR-E prices it seems like the TA's are the bargin of the century right now..
