    Before you guys replace your pulleys, check the high pressure p/s hose where it curves under the p/s reservoir for any damage. Mine had a nice 'V' shaped groove rubbed into it from where it was touching the p/s reservoir. While you're replacing the pulley, you might as well replace the hose if it is damaged.

    Will a Gen I pulley fit on a Gen II pump (are they the same?) I know the Gen I was a metal pulley so it doesn't have the issues the Gen II plastic one does (even though the bracket should still also be replaced).

    Also, any chance any of the early GTS's used the metal pulley?

    Yes, it does fit.
