The Western Reserve is pleased to announce its annual Venom Thaw.

Snakes in the Valley

This event had been planned last year, but as many of you know it was canceled due to the pandemic. We are disappointed that the tour on the Cuyahoga Scenic Railroad isn't going to be possible, as they are limiting the number of people they can accommodate.

This year's Venom Thaw will take place in Independence, Ohio, May 14-16th. We have a room block set up at the Embassy Suites.

The cost of the event is $85 per person and includes axe throwing. Please RSVP to: westernreservevoa@gmail.com no later than APRIL 30th.


The tentative schedule is as follows:

Friday:

6pm: Axe throwing - location TBD

8pm: Dinner - Melt Bar and Grilled

Saturday:

9:30 AM: Depart hotel for scenic drive through Cuyahoga National Park

11:00 AM: Cleveland Cars and Coffee

6:00 PM: Cocktails

7:30 PM Dinner

8:30 PM: Club Auction


It's finally time to kick off this driving season! We hope you can make it out and look forward to seeing everyone.
We will update you with any changes and add some details as we move forward. Please bring your cameras and Go Pros as we would like to put together a nice video compilation of the event.
