2000 Gen 2 ticking loudly need advice

My gen 2 gts with 8k miles has a ticking sound from one rocker we can’t get rid of. We’ve replaced the pushrods and lifters already on that side with oem. Same noise persists, we finally noticed that rocker doesn’t have as much oil come out of it as the others on that side. Anyone had a similar issue, if that is the issue? Any luck? Thanks!

This appears to be almost the same issue as another owner was having a few months ago. It turned out that the push rod ball had galled in the hardened rocker arm socket. He replaced both and the noise stopped.

We have the head off the second time where the lifter, rocker, etc. doesn't seem to be getting as much oil as the others.

How are you determining oil flow to the rocker with the head off.
