Gen 2 RT 10 Exhaust

I have been working on my beautiful project RT-10 and I am really not happy with the exhaust sound. It is extremely raspy and does not do that glorious V10 any justice. The car has headers, some random cats as they are not the Viper oem style with a Borla catback sport exhaust that does not have the rear mufflers.
I do not know if the cats are even working since the car stinks. I plan on keeping the headers but I am looking on suggestions as to what replace the rest of the exhaust system with. I was contemplating on going with the ROE racing high flow cat set and Borla touring exhaust. Any thoughts out there?
Does anyone have a catback with rear mufflers they would like to sell?

Get rid of your cats or do Hi-flows, take out the Borla muffer. In it's place add a 6" round Dynomax Ultraflow. And install a crossover tube in the rear. Night/day difference.

I like that idea. I have attached a picture of my current set up. Someone did quite a number. Even the muffler is 180 degrees off. The cats do not look like OEM ones either.
