LED Fog Lights won t turn back on

Replaced the Halogen Fog Light bulbs with LED’s today and then this happens. They turn on the first time, but turn them off (with switch or by turning on the high-beams) and they don’t come back on until you cycle the key in the ignition - then it starts over.

The OEM Halogen bulbs did not do this - they turned back on everytime. I even changed back to the halogen bulbs to reconfirm this.

Anyone else have this issue or am I missing something?

I'm running different housings, but they are LEDs and do not behave as you are describing. Could be something in the circuitry of the bulbs that causes it, although I'm not sure what that would be.

Resistors did the trick. All is working properly now. The guy that I bought the bulbs from sent them to me for no additional charge.

Thanks for the update. When you say resistor, I'm assuming you mean one of the large load resistors you'd install to deal with a hyperflashing LED turn signal?
