    DSE Catch Cans and R29

My 2013 had both R28 and R29 completed by previous owner. I'm looking at buying the single sealed oil catch can from DSE and reading through the instructions, it says 2016+ Vipers have a different driver side MUA setup and the passenger side alone is sufficient for street use. My question is:
Does completion of the R29 recall effectively make the PCV setup the same as 2016+ cars? Not sure if I need a dual can setup or not. I'm all stock, no track... But I'd like to try tracking in the future. Thanks!

BTW, I'm getting more than my money's worth with all my noob questions. Upgraded to Mamba member for 2021. Thanks again!

I ordered the dual kit for my '15. Before I was able to install it, R29 was announced and I had that done. I ended up only installing one side, after consulting with DSE. Apparently, as you noted, the updated R29 cars match the 2016+ cars and only need one catch can. 4 years of use... absolutely no issues. I sold my other can and hardware to another Viper owner.

Hootie, I agree with TA TWO OH only one is needed. I've had the R29 done also and only have the passenger side can for about 5 years now with no issues.
