If these fit with SW2s, it would be perfect. A TA1.0 with these brakes!

When you swap to factory ACR brakes, you also have to change the front knuckles which weigh more. I can't remember off hand but might have been as much as 4 lbs a side.

    Man such great info.

It’s posts like this that makes the internet have value beyond porn.

    Front with tires mounted:
    Stock OEM Venom (18x10.5 , 295/30R18): 49.2 lbs
    VX-6 Forglines (19x11, 295/30R19): 53.55 lbs (4.35lbs more)

    Forgelines (20x13 , 345/30R20): 62.8 lbs (1.2 lbs less)

Thank you for the heads up! Already have a rallycross event that weekend, but will keep my eyes open. Usually try to stick around Pacific, the Ridge or PIR for travel convenience. I am sure I'll see you at one or the other!

That would be perfect...Though it seems no luck here.

Messaged with RB and dug through some old forum posts,
    https://driveviper.com/forums/thread...-4-pot-caliper

It seems the biggest that they could fit under the SW2s was a 370 mm disc with stock calipers. With the CCB kit being 380mm and a larger caliper, clearance is a no go.

I think only the VE BBK has been able to achieve the clearance. From what I can remember, they even used thinner brake pads to gain clearance (can anyone verify this?)

Sounds good, I usually prefer Ridge but no dates are announced as of yet for November. I have seen many cars wrecked in Pacific so I usually go there with lower hp cars

The VE BBK kit doesn't leave much room between the front caliper and inner barrel of the SW2.

As for the "thinner brake pads" I assume you're referring the radial depth of the pad, which is 9mm less compared to the stock TA pad(D1001).

    Stoptech pad dimensions.

    TA Pads D1001:

The 9mm lost in radial-depth you get back in the overall pad length.
