Quick question about oil fill level

Happy Sunday everyone. I recently had the oil/filter changed and I check the dipstick today after a decent drive. I have included a photo below. The oil is at about the “S” of safe. ** I know that too much oil can cause the rods to hit the oil and froth the oil and cause engine damage. Just don’t know how much this translates to in this engine.
