Stock motor boost 1 4 record

Curious if anyone knows what the Gen V stock motor record is?
Not talking about a built bottom end or opened motor. Im talking about a stock unopened engine with turbos, sequential, the fricken works.

The coyote recently went high 7s, kudos to them, I'm curious if Calvo or NTH Moto is working on a stock engine 1/4 mile car.

And yes, I know there is no comparison, I love my gen V. I have a feeling the gen V is close but not sure if anyone is actively pursuing a 7-sec record run.

I'd be surprised if there are more than just a handful of stock motor TT Calvo or Nth builds with a sequential in existence. That just seems like a rare combo to me since the built motor TT setups are more popular and those that order a stock motor build often stay with the stock 6spd. Maybe Calvo or Nth will chime in to confirm. With that being said, most with a TT setup don't have interest in 1/4 racing and prefer 1/2 mile events, roll racing and/or street driving.

There was a black TA2 Nth TT with a sequential that ran 8.44@171 with what I was told had about 1300whp, which just happens to be the safe limits of the stock motor, but the motor of that car was built. That same TA2 currently holds the gen V 1/4 mile record with a 7.8@180 pass.

I don't know of any stock motor, sequential TT builds that have ever run in the 1/4 mile??

I forgot about that thread, good find. I always thought that car was sequential but you're right...interesting.
