There are also TSBs for some problems that didn't qualify for a Recall. You should ask about both.

Look it up on the NHTSA site by VIN. You will get both safety recalls and TSBs.

My 13 had more total recalls than an Arnold Schwarzenegger film.

A TSB is a Technical Service Bulletin. They are created to address problems that an owner might have. They are not done universally unless the owner experiences the problem. For example there was a TSB for the door node due to possible water infiltration that could cause the window to malfunction. This update included new wire harnesses and a plastic shield glued over the door node. It was only done though if the owner complained about a window malfunction that was caused by water. The rear defroster explosion of the hatch glass may have been another. The dealer will check the glass for clearance and if there wasn't enough would apply insulating tape.

By the way, TSBs are often only honored during the warranty period.
